Brave closes when i stop sharing my screen from the bottom floating control button

Anytime I start sharing my screen and stop it, my browser closes automatically, this happened when I was presenting in a meeting, I thought I accidentally closed my browser mistakenly until I tried it again only to discover that closing the “little popup” below the screen.
