Brave causes "Login" keyring to fail to load in Seahorse

Description of the issue:
Brave causes “Login” keyring to fail to load in Seahorse

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Update Brave past 1.71.123
  2. Reboot
  3. Launch Seahorse

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.73.105

Additional Information:
After updating past 1.71.123, Brave creates a keyring entry with no description and what looks like wingdings in the password field. The “Login” keyring fails to load in Seahorse. Downgrading to 1.71.123 resolves the issue of the keyring not loading, and the wingding entry remains. If I leave the entry there and update Brave again, the keyring will load, but if I delete the entry and reboot the keyring fails to load again. I am using the Brave-bin package from the AUR repository on Arch Linux.

Here are the contents of the password field:

;\Uffffffff\Uffffffff\Uffffffff\Uffffffff\Uffffffff\Uffffffff0<\UffffffffK\UffffffffA
\Uffffffff\Uffffffffr\Uffffffff\UffffffffX\Uffffffff\Uffffffff\Uffffffff\Uffffffff`\Uffffffff\Uffffffff\UffffffffvwHIN\Uffffffff!\Uffffffffk/

If this is like my issue it results in Brave asking to make a new keyring every single time you restart your computer and all the websites forget who you are basically so the browser becomes almost unusable for personal use unless you like 2 Factor Authenticating every single online account you want to use on your own personal computer. It’s a very frustrating issue and the only thing that appears to be broken when it comes to the keyring and Linux Mint. I hope the developers of Brave can just try to install Linux Mint and put Brave on it to see what these topics have been on about because it’s a very straightforward issue IMO just needs a developer to look at what’s happening in the background.

Thanks.

Brave browser starts without any silly questions on Windoze 10! - Why not on Linux (e.g.Ubuntu 22, 24)? I simply want to start Brave like Firefox, Thunderbird, Skype, Libre Office and many more without any question.
