Description of the issue:
Hi all, I’ve been trying to get the brave browser working. I’ve heard it’s meant to be pretty solid so I tried downloading it but haven’t been able to get it open. Every time I open the .exe it immediately closes, I haven’t even been able to see what the home page looks like. I have other accounts on my PC and have somehow been able to open Brave on those but not on my main account.
I’ve tried running as administrator already and have also looked into installing Brave Beta and Brave Nightly but have had the exact same issue. I’ve also tried deleting and reinstalling the browser but that also didn’t work. I checked my firewall and the app is allowed so it shouldn’t be effected by firewall. I’ve looked around online and can’t seem to find any solutions to my issue so this is my last resort.
