Description of the issue:
I need to install Brave offline under Program Files, as I allow programs to run freely in that directory.
Here are my options:
BraveBrowserStandaloneSilentSetup.exe silently installs under AppData.
BraveBrowserStandaloneSetup.exe pops up a window and installs under Program Files.
I need a standalone executable that will run silently, and install under Program Files, is there anything I can do to the above options to fit my needs?
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Install BraveBrowserStandaloneSilentSetup.exe, it ends up in the wrong location
- Install BraveBrowserStandaloneSetup.exe, it pops up a window
Expected result:
Brave installs silently into Program Files
Brave Version( check About Brave):
v1.34.80
Additional Information:
The use case is I am installing Brave via Chocolatey with a repository in Nexus. User interaction will cause this to fail. And installing it in the wrong location will cause it to not work due to software restriction policies
