Brave browser size is bugging out when Developer Mode is enabled

Brave Browser bug I am experiencing.

I have been using Brave Developer Mode here recently and whenever I click to adjust the width of the browser, it bugs out and minimizes very small.

I have attached a YouTube video of it because I am a new user and new users cannot upload videos.

This ONLY happens when Developer Mode is enabled. I have tested this without Dev Mode on and it works fine.

can you test the same in chrome?

i dont have Chrome. I can download it. I just tried FireFox and it doesnt do it.
