When I go to view the Brave Browser settings or history, the browser always jumps back to the top of the list of whichever page I am on.

In a new Brave Browser window, use the URL address field, and go to:

brave://history/

Please describe in detail (including screenshots, if you can), exactly the steps you take, up to the instant when the Brave Browser window suddenly jumps to the top.

Repeat all that, for:

brave://settings
