Brave browser 'not responding' when printing or visiting other pages

Description of the issue: The browser stops responding when printing or during other instances
How can this issue be reproduced?
(1) When printing

  1. Open Brave
  2. Go to any webpage
  3. Press CTRL + P

Expected result: The browser says “not responding” for ~15 seconds before the print preview loads

(2) Other instances

  1. Open Brave
  2. Go to https://concerts.livenation.com/red-hot-chili-peppers-unlimited-love-burgettstown-pennsylvania-07-02-2024/event/16005F7EC13B2ED3
  3. Try to click on a seating area

Expected Result: The page stops responding, mouse movements are erratic, the browser generally becomes unusable.

Additional Information: This issue only began with the latest update.
