Brave Browser memory usage balloons until pc slows down

I installed Brave on my pc and it was working well for a week or today.
Recently I noticed my pc slowing, ran task manager and notice one instance of Brae in processes using 2 gigs of memory.

I have 8 Gigs and total memory usage was at 7.2 GB.
I am running windows 7

Any ideas appreciated.

I like Brave, but I cannot continue to use it until the memory issue is resolved.
