I want to import bookmarks from safari, but the main menu, where I then should start ‚Import bookmarks & settings‘, is missing!
How to repair this?

You have to navigate back when on bookmarks screen,
now on iOS we show ‘mobile bookmarks’ folder by default,
press ‘go back’ in top left corner of bookmarks screen to go to root folder, then import/export button should show up at bottom toolbar
