Description of the issue:
When you are in a web app and you have added it to open separately as a window, if you switch from the web app into a main Brave window, the browser lags and shows me the busy beachball loading ring, and then it switches. While it loads, if you try open a tab and such it only opens when it finishes loading.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Have a Brave window+tab open in the background.
- Open a web app set to open as a new window (Options->More Tools->Create Shortcut->Open in new Window)
- Open the web app
- Switch to the main Brave browser window using the task bar (it also happens when you use the trackpad to switch)

Happens every time for me, I tried with different web apps and several web pages. (I have tested it again while writing this post with this community page in a window and Google Docs as a separate web app in its own window).

I don’t know if this is related but my activity monitor shows a process called “coreduetd” being pinned at 100%+
