Description of the issue:
Whenever i open Brave, it looks frozen and then closes after 7-8 seconds.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I do not remember changing anything specific before it started crashing.
Open brave.

just closes by itself

Always
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Installed latest version from download link today. Cant see from UI as it crashes right away.
Using Windows 10, all patches applied.
Additional Information:
I have a crash report but it is not allowed to be attached as not the right type.
