A test:
Close / Exit / Quit everything.
In the address field of Windows Explorer, enter:
%WINDIR%/Fonts
That should get you to the Fonts folder.
Move all of the
- Helvetica
- Helvetica neue
. . . fonts, to some other folder.
Restart your Windows OS machine.
