Brave Browser Crashes when I try to announce a tip on Twitter

Description of the issue:
Brave offers to let me announce when I set up a monthly award or an individual tip to a creator.
When I click on the Twitter icon to do so, Brave crashes out hard.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to guardian.com
  2. Tip 1.0 BAT to them
  3. When Brave asks if you want to announce it on Twitter, click on the Twitter button it provides.
  4. Brave crashes.

Expected result:
I expected it to open a window and create a Tweet announcing the BAT reward for the creator.
Instead, my Brave window disappears abruptly.
