Brave wants to use your confidential information

Got this alert repeatedly for the first time since I became a Happy Brave User.

Repeated alerts were c. 2 days ago. May have solved problem with computer off for hours + a quick virus scan which may or may not have done anything since I did not want to agree to future billings.

Has anyone else gotten this alert? Significance?

I’m using a Mac mini late 2009 with OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6.

Thank you for this information, as it explains exactly the problems I’ve been having ever since upgrading to Brave Version 1.18.77 Chromium: 87.0.4280.101 (Official Build) (x86_64). I guessed that I somehow missed this prompt and did not give Permission/Always to allow Brave to use my confidential information stored in my keychain.

My question is, how do I recreate this prompt so I can get my passwords back and my rewards tokens and be able to save website passwords again?
