Brave Beta clearing cookies and site date on every restart even when not enabled

I have seen a report of this on nightly but i have had this over past two or threes updates.
I am being logged out of everything on each restart which is really annoying i have never had this issue before and i have not changed any settings.
Its a site wide as i have tried a new instance / profile and still does it.

It is unfortunate that such a fatal bug made it to the release. Even a beta release should be free from such fatal bugs.
