Brave Beta build and Webroot Security HighCPU usage

**Description of the issue:**I’ve noticed very strange connection between BraveBeta and Webroot Security. When Brave Beta is on, CPU usage reaches more than 50%.
It’s possible that Webroot scans every incoming/outgoing process from BraveBeta.
It does not happen on stable Brave, only on Beta. Overall, except this issue BraveBeta

runs extremely well.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. tried turn off webroot web shield extension
  2. tried tweak registry with webroot shields off
  3. I havent tried to turn off Brave shields yet

Expected result: still more than 50% CPU usage

**Brave Version( check About Brave):**1.80.89
