If I have 3 device that I will get approx 13 add in each device?

I’ve stopped receiving ads in brave app and it also crashes every time I open a new tab. Like for each tab that I open, it crashes once and when I open it again it works fine afterward. And my app is updated. And I haven’t got any ads since two days and even earlier when I used to click on ad notifications (in the shutter bar) they won’t open any page.
And one last question, do the ads in background for mobile app don’t get count? Because they haven’t increased the ad counter in my app since quite a few days.

Between 10:31:17 and 11:31:17, I only got 5 ads.
