Brave becomes non responsive when file dialog opens
How can this issue be reproduced?

The issue does not happen consistently (I know, super helpful :frowning: ). It does however seem to happen only when I attempt to download a file, as soon as the file dialog opens, Brave is non responsive. Brave doesn’t seem to work correctly after that, even when I kill the process in Task Manager, I have to restart my computer for it to be normal again.

I’m running Brave on Windows 10, on a Dell XPS 9550 laptop with 16GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD.
