Brave & Battle.net Authenticator Support

Description of the issue:
Attempting to login to https://us.battle.net on PC. I input my username and password and click ‘Login’. The window that says “Check your authenticator for request…” shows up but then it goes back to the login screen. I approve the request on my mobile authenticator but it does nothing for the login process on the browser.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Have the Battle.net mobile authenticator installed. Goto https://us.battle.net on PC and input username and password then click login. It will send a request to the authenticator app to approve the browser request to login. The window then switches back to the login screen without waiting for the approval to come in from the authentication app.

Brave Version 1.46.144 Chromium: 108.0.5359.128 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Someone else posted about this in November but there was no resolution found.

Battle.net user here, just logged out and relogged in. Code sent to the phone, clicked “Approve” and was then logged in. Using your phone app to login with or another way?

Attempting login from Brave on Windows desktop. Only using phone for authenticator app.

I just tried your way and it does work but that’s not what I’m contacting Brave about here. It’s not working via browser from within Windows desktop environment.
