My brave automatically got reset and everything was lost including my estimated BATs which was 1 BAT is now 0.075BATs. It’s really unfortunate because it took me a whole month to gain a single BAT after seeing countless ads. I hope I will get it back. @steeven

yeah, still no sign of lost BATs.
5 days passed, still no rewards back nor any response. Bad service!
hey @steeven, I think 9+ days is more than enough to look at an issue!
Same happen with me now, lost all pending Bat amount, previously lost 5 Bat due to “linking” issue and now auto reset for no reason.
I believe brave support team is doing it purposefully as they will never respond to people who lost bat token due to their own glitch.
Thats sad.
They are gone now.
You could have gotten them back if there were some helpful stuff but sadly, no. 
clearly it’s done purposefully, i feel we are not alone to face such issue, futher more they won’t bother to correct their mistakes.
Plain answer, support team is looking into the matter.
