Brave Autofill Settings Should Prompt for Authentication for Access and Should be Optional

  1. Since high-security personal data is able to be stored in the Brave browser, access to the Autofill data in the Settings section, such as passwords, addresses and payment methods, should prompt for credentials, vs just assuming that since the user has physical access they should just be shown.

  2. And then this feature should be able to be toggled on, so those who don’t want to authenticate first can access those Autofill settings without authentication, and those who want to enable authentication can turn it on.
