I’ve been trying out Brave on my Pixel since around November. I’ve turned off auto contribute until I fully grasp what all this is. I’ve checked about once every couple weeks that auto contribute is still off whenever I’m messing around with the browser. I just looked today to see how much BAT I had and found out that it auto contributed it to some random website. I checked my settings and it still showed that auto contribute is off.
Can someone explain to me how/why this happened?
