Brave April payment not received

I receive laptop payment of April 0.5 bat which is less than what i earned and of my mobile i don’t receive any bat which is almost 3 bat . I message more than 2-3 time and tag also to steeven and banana but they are not replying , i previously also have this same problem 2 or 3 months back but they replied me and solved the problem. please help .

In payment status it showing uphold payment complete .

Only 4 day left of this month now also my wallet is empty if you can’t Manage to give this month you can do next month but give the proper amount
