Brave Andriod - Cannot create a wallet

I’ve installed the Android version of Brave 1.9.80 . There is nothing to create to create a wallet.

Could someone please let me know why I cannot do this.

Google Play has 1.9.80 via the Brave download page. Where is 1.10 please?

Please manually check for updates in the Google Play store. I downloaded version 1.10 a few days ago.
