Description of the issue:.
When I open Brave it always starts a Private session. I can’t seem to find the setting to change the ‘home screen’ back to the ‘white’ session.
The only way I have been able to get the ‘white’ session is to press and hold the app icon to get the menu to show then select “New Tab”.

@tknock did you try the toggle button? The way that it works on iOS is that when you enable private mode it stays in it until you press private to go back to normal mode. So like in the screenshot below you see on the bottom left is where it says private that’s the toggle button that you hit to exit. And if you’re confused at where you see that, it’s when you press the little square box which is your tab switcher that you will get to this menu where typically you get to choose between all your open tabs.
If that isn’t the issue then I’m assuming you or someone who has access to your device chose to change the setting to go for private browsing only. That is Brave’s settings → Shields & Privacy, where you’ll see the toggle if you’d scroll a bit
@tknock none of those screenshots showed the right page which is why you don’t see the toggle. I said you press that little square which is your tab switcher, then you will see that.
