Briefly describe your issue:
I have not received my Jan payout, the Uphold wallet is verified and there is no CDD questions as Uphold Support has confirmed that my account is in perfectly good standing.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

How are you getting to Uphold? Are you going through Brave Settings, hitting dropdown for My Wallet, and then clicking Go To My Uphold Account? If so, once you get to the Uphold website (old site), you have to click on the “Try Now” button up top to go to the new Uphold site and then it should ask you the CDD questions. At least that’s how I had to do it and I had been “verified” on Uphold (and BAT rewards) for ~2 years. This whole CDD thing was kind of confusing, but finally got it. I’m not sure I’d rely on Uphold CS… Just a thought, good luck. Brave is growing like a weed, so response times are long, unfortunately.
