"Brave Ads Paused" Popup keeps showing up even though I have ads disabled

The “Brave Ads paused” popup keeps popping up on my screen even though I have Brave rewards disabled. When I click “solve,” it does nothing. The popup shows up again a while later.

Yes, but currently disabled.

Please try resetting your Rewards. This should resolve the matter.

Thanks, Evan123. I reset the Rewards three or four times but the popup is still showing up. I also tried resetting Brave to default settings.
