I see this was an issue in October time but seems to be happening again for me. I am getting ads correctly but when I see them, they do not appear in the ad history, nor do they add any BAT to my pending rewards. Interestingly, if I click the ad they do get added to the history, but still no BAT rewarded.

Perhaps a solution for you @DonutP, in my case, Brave had blocked my account for suspicious activities (fraudulent behaviour). If nothing bad, we just must unflagged your account.
