Brave Ads and rewards problem

Hi,

I’ve been using Brave browsers for about three months on my windows PC, however I’ve had two issues since then:

  1. My BAT award for December 2020 has disappeared. It was announced that I would be able to collect them in the first week of January 2021, but it then showed a zero balance, it seemed as though I had lost my rewards.

  2. Beginning in the middle of January 2021, Brave browser will not display me any advertisements! I tried turning the settings off and on but had no luck. It doesn’t show me any ads at all…

My PC Brave version is:
Version 1.35.100 Chromium: 98.0.4758.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)
