When I drive to use Google Drive or any sites where I had previously used my Google login, I get this error:
which tells me I need to clear my cache and cookies
which I’ve done twice, and restarted both times.
Should I just switch back to Chrome?

yes, it does. Sorry I didn’t mention that. The error page suggests one tries this, but doesn’t say what to do if it works!
Which extensions do you have installed?
Heard ExpressVPN causing issues recently. re-test without it.
