Brave 100% unusuable. Starts with weird blank-looking window

I’ll make it short and sweet:
Brave launches then displays this non-closable window. If I open another window it’s completely blank, but closable. Same with opening a private window (which will look identical to the normal browsing window).

Absolute latest Brave downloaded just now, using MacOS X Mojave.

(several teempts were made to upload a photo here, but the web site just says “Processing Upload” and never completes. This was attempted using Safari)

No, disabling GPU doesn’t help…
No, I can’t access any settings because that requires a browser window.
Running it in a terrain yields:

I have managed to fix the issue. Apparently neither -disable-gpu or --disable-gpu actually eliminates the dependency on working GPU drivers. I have repaired my drivers and the mysterious unclosable window is now just a normal window.

Very odd, but I’ll try to mark this as fixed.
