Brave 1.46 extensions get access denied

How can this issue be reproduced?**

  1. Download extension
    2.Try to install it
  2. Get “Access Denied” error

Expected result:
Extension working without any issue

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.46 (latest)

What extension? Downloading from where?

All of them will get access denid. Downloading from officel chrome store

Do you have any other extensions already installed?

Is any antivirus or other security software (besides MS Defender) installed? If so, does anything change if you temporarily disable it?

Does the issue occur if you create a new profile and try it in that profile? (Make sure your original profile does not have any open windows; only the new profile should be open.) Creating and testing a new profile will not affect your original/existing profile(s).
