Brave 1.0.88 Android 9 can't add new bookmark to existing folder

Brave 1.0.88 Android 9 can’t add new bookmark to existing folder.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. Mobile bookmark folders exist
2. From brave browser open to any website click the bookmark icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Existing bookmark folder appears, but apparently, no way to add to that folder

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:
Expected to see a save button or something like that.

Happens every time
