Brave 0.65.120 (Mac) Fails to Embed WereFroms Metadata in Downloads

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. Download any file.
2. Get-Info in the Finder.
3. Expected WhereFrom metadata is missing.

Expected result:

Reproduces how often:

Brave Version(about:brave):

Brave 0.65.120 Chromium: 75.0.3770.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):

Yes. Always.

Additional Information:

macOS 10.12.6 (Sierra)

The previous build of Brave I had on my system did not have this problem.

This continues in the just released Mac version:

Brave 75.0.66.99 Chromium: 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I rely on WhereFroms metadata, so this is a real problem for me.

I have NO wish to go back to Google Chrome…
