Bookmarks Don't Maintain Alphabetic Sort on Synced Devices

I have a sync chain with 2 Windows 10 computers and 1 android. Bookmarks all sync consistently across the three devices with the exception of sorting. If I sort my bookmarks on one device (sorted alphabetically) the other devices do not maintain that sort order. So when I sort them on one of the other devices (because sync updated the bookmarks but did not maintain their order) they get unsorted on the previous device. This behavior behavior is extremely frustrating and very time consuming forcing me to have to sort my bookmarks over and over and over every just trying to maintain them in alphabetic order. If I had a custom order I too would want that maintained across all devices, but I’m not trying to do that at this time. Sync works, just doesn’t maintain the order across devices.
