Description of the issue:
When I enter fullscreen for any video player (YouTube, Twitch, etc) my menu bar swipes away to the left (which I assume is normal behaviour on a Mac since Safari does the same) but the bookmarks bar is delayed and hangs on the screen for longer before eventually just vanishing, creating a very janky feel to fullscreening videos which I’d like to fix.
Is this normal behaviour that anyone else can confirm, or is it an issue on my end either due to system settings or Brave settings? I’ve tried disabling all extensions and I have made no changes in my brave://flags. Also happens in private browsing windows.

How can this issue be reproduced?
- Enable bookmarks bar to always show
- Go to YouTube and begin watching a video
- Enter fullscreen and observe bookmarks bar bug
Expected result:
The bookmarks bar slides away with the menu bar, creating a smooth fullscreen experience
