In chrome I was used to having bookmark bar visible on the new tab page. In brave the new tab page doesn’t show the google search bar and links to gmail, drive, google account etc. so I set the new tab page to be google.com. Unfortunately the bookmark bar is not visible here, which is a shame. Is there some trick to achieve this? I don’t want to use CTRL+SHIFT+B or any other shenanigans.
I would really like to switch from Chrome to Brave, but having this in chrome really saves a lot of clicks… Thanks

To have it always appear on the NTP, go to Settings --> Appearance and toggle the following option “on”:
Unfortunately that does work only if the Dashboard is set to be new tab page. It does not work if the homepage is the new tab page.
