Bookmarks are completely gone

Description of the issue: Tried using a new SSD with windows installed, worked nice there. Then, I came back to the old HDD to save my bookmarks somewhere because I don’t know what I’d do to miggrate bookmarks. Then they are just GONE. BLANK. Nothing n the bar. I’m afraid for my life, because there were a few hundred pages saved there.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result: I expected to find the damn bookmarks right there where I left them, but I can’t find any.
