Bookmarks are all gone after New update reset my account as New?

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. New Update notice came thru When update finished, It reset as New Account.
  2. Had No Log in area Icon choice.
  3. And all my Book marks are gone very bad. Please help
