Bookmark Manager: Sort by Name automatically re-occurs

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open the Bookmark Manager
  2. Select “Sort by name”
  3. Select a bookmark and move to a new position in the bookmarks list
  4. Repeat step 3 4-5 times

Expected result:
The bookmark list will be automatically sorted again.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 0.67.125

Additional Information:
Window 10 Pro v1903

This problem has existed in Brave versions since at least 23 October 2018.

First, can you try with the latest release 0.70.x? And see if the issue still persist.

When I checked the version on the About page, 0.69.125 was marked as “… up to date.” I won’t have time to see if the problem still exists until this weekend (18-19 Oct 2019).

HI @markcphinn just wanted to check in here too, do you have Brave Sync enabled to sync your bookmarks to other computers?
