Close Chrome and retry

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Following instructions to import bookmarks
    2.Get error message
    3.Chrome is not running.

Reproducible on current live release (yes):

Running on Linux Mint 18

@dogluvver first, can you make sure there’s no Chrome process running in the background?
