Bookmark Browser Manager vs Side Bar Menu Folder

**Description of the issue:**After ordering bookmarks using Browser Manager, I open the browser and the Browser folder on side bar menu as no change. The two things are not in sync.

**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.**Go to Browser Manager and move/organize browser however you want. Then go to Bookmark folder on side bar and look at order of bookmarks. They will not be the same.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

**Expected result:**Bookmark Manager can be used to order/organize bookmarks and the changes will be seen when using the Bookmark folder on browser.

**Reproduces how often:**Every time.

**Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):**Windows 11, Brave 1.76.74

@ConstantQuestion can you please go to brave://flags and search for the bookmarks-tree-view flag and set it to Enabled (you’ll have to relaunch the browser). This should allow the “tree view” layout in the sidebar, which should also mimic the ordering of bookmarks as they are in your manager.
