Description of the issue: Videos on youtube are blurry only on brave
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open youtube video (preferably one with lot of small text)
- Open tha same video on some other browser
- Compare the same frame of the video
Expected result: Blurry video on Brave
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.76.82 Chromium: 134.0.6998.178

Here is the image of every browser in 1080p
On this image Brave is in 1080p and firefox with edge only i 720p yet they look almost identical
