Blur in browser and lags while watching videos

I turned on my laptop this morning and noticed that I couldn’t watch videos because of some strange spots while watching. Also, I noticed that browser was blurred. I tried to return the browser and laptop. The problem remained.

Try disabling (or enabling) Use hardware acceleration when available which you can toggle at brave://settings/system

If that doesn’t help, try to go to brave://flags and enable Vulkan.
