You can go to brave://adblock/ and add the domains at the very bottom. If you also use Ublock Origin, you can turn it’s popup blocker on for that site. If you can find the referring site that points to that site as a redirect, that’s the best one to block. Maybe blocking scripts could also help and that shows up in the shield’s advanced view.
