If you really want to block Tik Tok across the board, don’t bother with ad block filters that only apply in one particular browser.
Rather, add these records to your hosts file.
0.0.0.0 tiktokcdn.com
0.0.0.0 tiktokcdn-us.com
After a reboot, the site will be blocked from any application that tries to access it.
