Block element doesn't work

Description of the issue:
There is a black bar the haxball.com site I want to remove although it is not an ad, but brave guard’s block element feature doesn’t work.
(I can remove that line with ublock origin or browser’s inspector)
How can this issue be reproduced?
Go the site
1.try to remove the bar
2. Nothing happens

Expected result:
It should remove the bar
Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.27.108

I tried doing this myself, and it worked after selecting the bar, and dragging the slider down to the left end, and then repeating the process again. It does get rid of everything in the bar, but if you don’t care about that, give it a try and see if it works.

Update to this:

Be wary about doing this. I noticed that YouTube videos also get blocked out when you do this. To revert that and still have the bar at the top of the webpage gone, you need to go to brave://adblock, and then scroll to the bottom and remove the two links with “youtube” in the name.

Adding haxball.com##.header in brave://adblock would remove the black bar, it would remove the menu also.
