Description of the issue: Block autoplay in website settings does not work
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Set autoplay to blocked in Brave’s website settings
- Open https://www.lewitt-audio.com/de/mikrofone/lct-recording/lct-240-pro
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Embedded video will be auto-played
Expected result: Embedded video will not be autoplayed
Reproduces how often: Every time

Additional Information: This is only an example website. I notice blocking autoplay does not work at most websites.
