Block a site entirely from saving cookies when I chose to "Block third party cookies"

I tried clicking on exceptions. But I can only allow sites from doing so, can’t block a site from using all cookies.

On the site, open the Shields panel (lion icon in the address bar) and in the advanced view, change the cookie control to Cookies blocked:
