Bigg issue after the recent update

I got an updatte on 1 May 2022 and i relaunche brave browser as per the commands given but after restarting Brave i caused a huge headache to me.
1)I have 3 profiles which was verified to uphold and all got unverified.Estimated BAT this month in all 2 went to 0 straight away.But I am getting +2.45 BAT in one of my account.

2)All Data meanig Trackers & ads blocked,Bandwidth saved,Time saved all went to zero

**3)ALL of my browser informatioon was erase like passwords and UI. **
It was as if i had reset my browser and now i hve stopped getting ads also.
Please look after the issue and respond.

From what I know, you are only allowed one wallet per device.
May be that’s what caused the issue.

@CerealLover I think you can connect multiple profiles even if they are on one device. Each profile has a unique wallet id, so with linking limits, you would only be able to connect 4 max.

@suhasnrao04 Do you have a backup of the Brave-Browser and/or User Data folders anywhere? Just grasping for straws here. Probably not or you would have already tried to restore… :slightly_frowning_face:

No nothing like that in particulare.
I also wanted to give u a quick update…I got my missing Bat from all 3 profiles…So its all ok now
I dont know how it got back to its original state…but happy that it happend :grinning:

Looking at the first image you posted, just a relaunch would’ve restored things back to normal.

Hi Aman :smiley: How do you know that? What did you see that indicated a relaunch would solve the issue? Curious (and clueless) minds want to know! lol

I still have the same issue, and no, a relaunch did not resolve the issue.

Coco, I remeber seeing something like this on GitHub and It was an intuition that relaunch should fix it (maybe I should’ve been more clear). There are multuple similar issues although closed for now- https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/20715

@Anonymousiam You may have to wait a while. If you still face it, do you see a wallet payment id here- brave://rewards-internals/ (don’t post it)? And did you also see it right after the update?
